Positivity for Cobh St. Patrick’s Day Parade 2011

The 2011 Cobh St. Patrick’s Day Parade took place on Thursday March 17th leaving from “The Bench” at 3.30 pm.

The three dynamic groups, See You in Cobh, Cobh Tourism and Cobh Tidy Towns Committee  joined forces to organise the Parade and it turned out to be the best ever.

A huge participation, huge crowd and good humour all round brought the theme of the parade “positivity” to the fore.

The organisers wish to thank Cobh Gardai, Con Dennehy Haulage, the Port of Cork, Cobh Town Council and Garvey’s Super Valu for their assistance. The people of Cobh supported wholeheartedly the bag packing fundraiser and came out in force to participate in and to view the Parade.

Roll on 2012!
